When you hear that the government is banning girls from reading Oscar Wilde, Charles Dickens and John Steinbeck and banning boys from reading Shakespeare, then you should be upset. Censorship is a serious issue and this is just pushing it even further. Even if these books were inappropriate for young girls, many adults should be allowed to read them as long as they are not under the age of consent.
